BOARD AND REPRÆSENTANTSKAB (Representative council)

The Danish Chemical Society’s Board is responsible for the Society’s key functions, including the collection of membership dues, statutory/government reporting, the finances of the central Society, and the allocation of funds to the divisions, among other duties.

Within the Repræsentantskabet (Representative Council), board members and representatives from the Society’s divisions work together with the chair to advance chemistry in Denmark. Each representative ensures that their division’s interests align with the Society’s mission to promote scientific exchange, education, and innovation within the chemical sciences.
